Aetisam founded GritSol Health to give clinics one partner for the whole patient journey: the right patients, fast follow-up, and a clear cost for every booking. He also founded The Boring Works, a digital products company.
Who we are
GritSol Health is a healthcare marketing and AI automation agency for clinics in the US, Europe and the Middle East. We are a brand of GritSol Technologies, based in Lahore, Pakistan, and we work only with healthcare.
Our positioning is simple: the marketing partner built exclusively for healthcare practices. Patient acquisition, AI automation and CRM.
Why we only work with healthcare
Healthcare is not like other businesses. Patient trust, privacy and ad rules are not optional:
- Stricter ad policies. Meta and Google limit how health services can be promoted.
- Privacy law. Tracking must respect HIPAA in the US and GDPR in Europe.

We build and run one connected system with three parts:
- Acquire: patient acquisition with Meta, Google and YouTube ads, landing pages built to book appointments, and patient-facing content.
- Respond: AI follow-up automation that replies to every enquiry within minutes, follows up on missed calls and reduces no-shows.
- Track: CRM and reporting inside the system you already use, so you can see the cost of every booked appointment.

How we work
- One practice per specialty in each area. We never work with your direct competitors.

- Transparent pricing. USD 1,350 per month: a 3-month start, then month to month. You pay ad spend directly to the platforms. Campaigns go live about 1 week after payment and access.
- Regular reporting. A short weekly update, a monthly report and a monthly strategy call.
